Ambati Rayudu is a former Indian cricketer who played for the Indian national team and several Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises. He was born on September 23, 1985, in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Rayudu's career in cricket began at a young age when he started playing for the Hyderabad Under-16 team. He was soon selected for the Indian Under-19 team and was part of the squad that won the Under-19 World Cup in 2004.
