Prashant Solanki is an Indian cricketer who hails from Gujarat. He was born on August 10, 1995, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Solanki is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He has represented the Gujarat cricket team in domestic cricket and has also played for the Gujarat Lions in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Early Days and Domestic Cricket 

Prashant Solanki started playing cricket at a young age, and he honed his skills under the guidance of his coaches and mentors. He continued to impress in the tournament, finishing with 10 wickets in six matches at an average of 15.90.

Solanki's performances in the Vijay Hazare Trophy earned him a place in the Gujarat team for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He made his debut in the tournament in 2015, and he continued to excel with both bat and ball. Solanki finished the season with three wickets in three matches at an economy rate of 8.21.

In the 2017 season of the IPL, Solanki was once again picked by the Gujarat Lions. He played in two matches in the season, but he could not replicate his performances from the previous year, finishing with just one wicket in two matches.

After the Gujarat Lions franchise was dissolved, Solanki went unsold in the IPL auctions for the next two seasons. However, he continued to impress in domestic cricket, and he was eventually picked up by the Delhi Capitals for the 2020 season of the IPL.
